Courses

“Youth line’s” social business – courses for companies, organizations, educational institutions, or like-minded groups. “Youth line’s” – long-term volunteers have acquired a good amount of knowledge and diverse experience and are eager to share it with You during the practical courses.

We are currently offering the following training programs:

Effective communication: how to listen and be heard?
Emotional difficulties: what it is and how to be with them?
Quality feedback: from I KNOW HOW to I CAN.
Manipulations: how to recognize them and how to protect yourself and others?
Suicide: what is it and how to reduce it? 

These courses are not only the sharing of good practices but also a way to support the activities of the “Youth line”. The knowledge and skills acquired during the courses can be easily applied in both professional and personal life.

The courses are being held by an experienced “Youth line” volunteers.
